Contents Under Pressure, Handle With Care

Once in awhile labels say everything you need to know.
Most of the time it's only a small part of the story.
In reality nothing is ever as simple as the label we give it.

When you walk into a room filled with people what is your brain doing? It's scanning. Scanning the faces, clothes, voice, and stature of each person. Whether you mean to or not, you put people into categories and they'll put you somewhere as well.

We tend to label people a certain way because of something that may have happened in the past. You brain grabs a previously recorded memory and dumps it into your "label bank" like a book into the library book drop.

Labels only matter if you let them stick. So bust out the peanut butter and scrape that label out of your hair!
